When you book a visit or enroll, we collect parent contact details, your child’s name, birth date, health and allergy notes, and authorized pickup contacts. Our website form collects only what you type into it.
How we use it
We use this information to arrange tours, process enrollment, keep children safe and healthy during the school day, and share classroom updates with you. We never sell personal information or share it with advertisers.
Photos & updates
Classroom photos are shared only through our private parent app, and only with your signed media consent — which you may withdraw at any time.
Keeping data safe
Records are stored securely with limited staff access. Paper forms are kept in locked files; digital records use encrypted, password-protected systems.
